Stillwatch is a calm safety-alert app for Kraków. The controller of your personal data is Loonis | Karyna Movsha, al. Aleja Kijowska 5/22, 30-079 Kraków, Poland ("Stillwatch", "we", "us").

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The places you add in the app, such as home and work, are saved only on your phone and are not sent to our servers. We send alerts for an area of the city, and your phone decides on its own whether that area is near your places. A full policy for the app will be published before it launches.

We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you once when Stillwatch is live. We do not send newsletters or marketing. We use technical data only to run and protect this website.

We process your email address on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We share information only with service providers that host this website and store the waitlist on our behalf, under data processing agreements. We never sell personal information. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep your email address until we have sent the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Technical data is kept only as long as our hosting provider needs it to run the website.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and limited access to the waitlist.

We may update this policy, for example when the app launches. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
